Print specification: White backgrounds with black lettering, logos and details. A 3 mm black border sits inside the sheet edge so printers can reproduce it. Mount the full 60 × 60 cm sheet; the inset border is a visual guide, not a trim line; no colour ink required. Every PDF is 60 × 60 cm, with 10 cm white margins on all four sides. The artwork occupies the centered 40 × 40 cm area. Print at 100% / Actual size; do not fit to page or trim away the margins.

Photo frame: mount the 60 × 60 cm sheet on rigid foam board and cut out the marked center window (approx. 35.7 × 20 cm). The cut-out instructions are removed with the window. Keep both logos and the bottom QR intact.

QR codes: keep their white quiet zones intact and test-scan a finished print before producing the full batch.
